3.2 Service Areas

We provide services across India with a primary focus on Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi NCR, and surrounding regions. Service availability in remote areas is subject to assessment and additional charges may apply.

4. Quotations and Pricing

4.1 Online Calculator

The pricing calculator on our website provides estimates only. Actual costs may vary based on:

• Accessibility and height
• Extent of surface preparation required
• Location and travel distance
• Specific product requirements
• Additional services requested

4.2 Formal Quotations

All formal quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, material costs, and government taxes.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: 40% advance payment required upon acceptance of quotation
• Progress Payment: 40% upon completion of surface preparation
• Final Payment: 20% upon project completion and customer satisfaction
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or cash
• Late Payments: Interest of 2% per month may be charged on overdue payments

2. Site Survey (3-5 days): Detailed inspection and measurement
3. Quotation Approval (1-7 days): Customer review and acceptance

5.2 Delays

6. Customer Obligations

• Clear the roof area of obstructions, antennas, and movable items
• Arrange for water and electricity supply if needed
• Make timely payments as per agreed schedule
• Inform us of any special requirements or concerns before project commencement
• Maintain the coated surface as per our maintenance guidelines

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Product Warranty

ThermoShield products come with the following warranties:

• Eco Variant: 5 years material warranty
• Pro Variant: 7 years material warranty
• Ultra Variant: 10 years material warranty

7.2 Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for 2 years from the date of project completion, covering:

• Proper surface preparation
• Correct application techniques
• Uniform coating thickness
• Absence of peeling, flaking, or blistering due to application errors

7.3 Performance Guarantee

When properly applied and maintained, ThermoShield coatings are guaranteed to:

• Reduce surface temperature by up to 30°C
• Provide energy savings of 30-40% on cooling costs
• Maintain Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) as per product specifications

7.4 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do NOT cover:

• Damage due to acts of God (storms, floods, earthquakes)
• Abuse, misuse, or negligence
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Lack of proper maintenance as per our guidelines
• Structural failures of the underlying roof
• Damage from third-party contractors
• Normal wear and tear beyond warranty period
• Areas not covered by our original application

7.5 Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim:

1. Contact us within 30 days of discovering the issue
2. Provide photos, videos, and detailed description
3. Allow our team to inspect the site
4. Provide proof of regular maintenance

Valid claims will be addressed within 15-30 business days through repair, reapplication, or refund (at our discretion).

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 We Are Not Liable For:

• Pre-existing roof defects, leaks, or structural issues not caused by our work
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, profits, or revenue
• Damage to contents of the building during application
• Color variations in coating due to manufacturing batch differences
• Performance variations due to extreme or unusual weather conditions
• Outcomes dependent on factors beyond our control

8.2 Insurance

We maintain appropriate liability insurance for our operations. However, customers are advised to maintain their own property insurance.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

9.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Before project commencement: 90% refund of advance payment (10% cancellation fee)
• After surface preparation begins: 50% refund (actual work completed will be charged)
• After coating application begins: No refund (full payment due)

9.2 Cancellation by ThermoShield

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

• Site conditions are unsafe for our team
• Customer fails to meet obligations (access, payments, permits)
• Weather conditions make application impossible
• Fraudulent information was provided

In case of cancellation by us (except for customer fault), you will receive a 100% refund of advance payment.

9.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days to the original payment method.

10. Intellectual Property
